Elements of Exercise offers up to a 100 fitness classes per week in over 25 locations throughout Southeast Michigan and caters to your workout schedule with morning and evening classes. Our incredible instructors strike the perfect balance in delivering highly effective, yet fun and entertaining classes like Zumba, Bootcamp, Belly Dancing, Cardio Hip Hop, Turbo Kick, Yoga Fusion, Pole Dancing, and dozens more. So whether you’re in the mood for a cardio dance class, hardcore muscle sculpting or a meditative yoga session you’ll find what you’re looking for at Elements of Exercise.
